These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website DirtyNSFW.com (the “Site”) operated by Deadwood Studio (hereinafter “we”, “our”, or “us”), registered in Spain. By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility — Adults Only

DirtyNSFW.com is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that accessing adult content is legal in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly provide services to individuals under 18. If we become aware that a minor has accessed the Site, we will take immediate action including blocking access from the relevant device.

2. Anonymous Use — No Account Required

DirtyNSFW.com does not require registration. The Site operates on a fully anonymous basis. A temporary device identifier (stored as a browser cookie) is used solely to enable anonymous features such as likes, saves, and interactive gameplay. No name, email address, or personally identifiable information is required or collected at registration because no registration exists.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

In line with the transparency obligations addressed by Article 50 of the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), all images published on DirtyNSFW.com are generated by artificial intelligence. They are entirely synthetic and fictional. They do not depict, represent, or reproduce any real person — living or deceased. Any resemblance to real individuals is purely coincidental and unintentional. Each image is labeled accordingly on the Site. Human-readable disclosure is provided for every image; technical machine-readable marking (e.g., C2PA) is under review as standards and tooling under Art. 50(4) mature.

4. Prohibited Content & Zero-Tolerance Policy

The following content is absolutely prohibited on DirtyNSFW.com and will result in immediate removal and, where legally required, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Any content that depicts, suggests, or could be interpreted as sexualizing minors (Child Sexual Abuse Material — CSAM), in accordance with Directive 2011/93/EU and Spanish Criminal Code Articles 183–189.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery of real persons.
• Content that incites hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.
• Any content that violates applicable laws of the European Union or the Kingdom of Spain.

We operate a user-accessible anonymous reporting system. Any image flagged as depicting minors will be immediately suspended pending review and, if confirmed, reported to INTERPOL's Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) database and the relevant Spanish authorities (Policía Nacional / Guardia Civil Unidades de Delitos Telemáticos).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Use the Site for any fraudulent or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its systems, or networks.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means without prior written consent.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Site.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on DirtyNSFW.com, including AI-generated images, text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Deadwood Studio or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

AI-generated images on this Site are produced by proprietary and third-party generative models. Their outputs are owned by Deadwood Studio to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

7. DSA Compliance — Illegal Content Reporting

In accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), we provide a mechanism for users to report illegal content or content that violates our policies. You can report any image directly via the “Report” button displayed beneath each image, or by contacting us at the email address below. Reports are processed without undue delay. CSAM reports are escalated immediately.

8. Advertisements and Third Parties

DirtyNSFW.com may display advertisements through third-party partners (e.g., JuicyAds, ExoClick). By using the Site you acknowledge that third-party services may collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies, subject to your cookie consent choices. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites or services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, accuracy of AI-generated content, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deadwood Studio and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deadwood Studio, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain and applicable European Union law, including but not limited to the GDPR, DSA, and EU AI Act. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain for any dispute arising from these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
